Tender Touch, established in 2015, had long been a trusted one-stop solution for pet care and grooming in a New Delhi neighborhood. By 2024, the company decided it was time to expand its reach, aiming to become the premier pet grooming service across the city and beyond. They approached us for a complete branding overhaul to reflect their ambition and growing presence.
We crafted a sophisticated and playful brand identity for Tender Touch, centered around a charming mascot named ‘Blu.’ The color palette of Cream, Sky Blue, and Charcoal was chosen to evoke feelings of warmth, care, and trust, resonating with the brand's commitment to nurturing pets. The modern, elegant logo design features Blu adorned with a stylish bowtie, adding a touch of personality and sophistication. The organic spot pattern, inspired by Blu’s coat, adds a unique visual element across all branding materials, from packaging to digital assets, creating a cohesive and memorable brand presence.
